Ira Graham IV is a photographer and visual artist, born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Ira began photographing in 2018, by having fun photoshoots with friends, until being introduced to art photography in 2021. Inspired by the likes of Dawoud Bey, Joel Meyerowitz and Andre Wagner, Ira’s work occupies the space between documentary photography and fine art. Ira’s work speaks on his experiences with family, connecting those experiences to larger issues regarding Blackness, vulnerability, leftist feminism and Black boyhood.
