Formerly known as the Think Tank, Field School is an interdisciplinary group of graduate students, faculty, and/or staff who work collaboratively on case studies to solve critical artist defined issues and to identify and develop new models for organizational management structures. Students also explore public policy issues that work to support or hinder these models. The Field School works directly with artists of prominent local, regional, national, and international cultural/arts organizations that have a significant performing history. Students have the opportunities to participate in conference presentations and to contribute to journal articles. Students may also receive group study credits and/or internships.
